BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY TRACKING BANKING SUPPORT

In early 2006 a group of mobile industry veterans got together to establish the ROAMOBI Project. With a combined experience of several decades in the industry they represent a considerable force for a major revolution in the mobile world!

The mission of this collaboration was the production of a truly ubiquitous mobile handset built on a new type of Global Mobile Platform.

Pooling their intellectual property, this group of individuals and international corporations will produce what would undoubtedly become the "Mother of all" Mobile Devices and would be built on the ''Mother of All" Communication Platforms.

The global roaming market is expected to grow by 86% between 2010 and 2015, delivering revenues of US$67bn, or 6.3% of total mobile service revenues by the end of this period, according to Informa Telecoms & Media’s latest research.

In 2006 a group of Mobile Industry veterans combined their resources in mobile technologies which included established patents and other proprietary technologies and formed the Roamobi Project. Their ultimate goal was to build out a Global Mobile Overlay Network using a wholesale model and create a new alternative to MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) called VMSP (Virtual Mobile Service Provider). These commercial vehicles would provide a Global SIM service to end users which would primarily attract the hundreds of millions of mobile subscribers who regularly cross international borders. This would include private and corporate users. The Roamobi Global Mobile Network was able to launch a commercially viable product in 2010. The initial global SIM offered customers a significantly more user friendly experience when travelling and massive cost savings. The major opportunities for ROAMOBI Ubiquitous platform are:

1. Roaming Travelers and Business Markets
2. MNOs using the platform as a Hub with automatic IMSI Switching
3. Corporates and SMEs looking for Cloud based or transparent iPBX services
4. Users wanting to have a better call quality and lower costs on voice and to enjoy data access with near to local pricing combined with a Smart Phone mobile communication application for managing all services.
5. The ability to provide a revolutionary indoor coverage solution based on operator Spectrum, WiFi & LTE.

- Target huge existing and growing mobile roaming markets with high margins and high barriers to entry;
- Solve user unfriendly experiences in the current environment;
- Purchase wholesale agreements using IMSIs from MNOs;
- Roll out in all continents first, starting in the main country in the particular continent. Target in the second phase from these hubs neighboring countries;
- Be very cost effective by a. using an unique and optimized mix of existing technologies in combination with innovative solutions controlled by its own development department & b. reach high volumes quickly;
- Develop Cloud based mobile virtual PBX services based on GSM/UMTS/LTE/Wi-Fi___33 indoor coverage solutions.
- Empowering users by delivering to them their own cloud based HLR

It is estimated that eventually 70-90% of all mobile traffic will be offloaded through Value Added Indoor Solutions through both licensed and unlicensed spectrum.

The ROAMOBI partners believe that convergence of local mobile networks into a seamless global mobile network through a multi IMSI strategy offers the most cost effective model on data, voice and SMS. Any call or service is fully controlled in real-time and costs of roaming calls and SMS are significantly reduced as compared to traditional roaming. Therefore the basic ROAMOBI offering is to have more user friendly services at better prices while operating with good margins in any mobile network.

1. The private/SME traveler and International Phone Card market.
2. The international business traveler market.
3. MNOs using the service as a Hub for their own customers
4. Local SME market offering hosted mobile PBX using (free) available (CH, NL, UK, USA) GSM/UMTS/LTE spectrum or Wi-Fi___33.
5. The Large Corporate Market.
Current situation

- An existing Global SIM with several live IMSI.
- Agreements in place for the utilization of IMSIs in several key markets.
- Class 4 carrier grade switch operational including PBX services (8m users)
- Handover from Mobile Client to GSM operational.
- A new iHLR Carrier Grade Platform to completed in Europe.
- A proprietary RTMIS* solution to be completed in house.
- A completed proprietary ROAMOBI OSS-BSS-CRM completed.
- Additional special MVNO relationships completed.

The ROAMOBI project partners will undertake to create a new company in Europe in 2012 to act as a vehicle to build the new proposed 2nd Generation Global iGLR (Intelligent Global Location Register) which will revolutionize HLR based roaming.
This company will offer a selected partner the opportunity for equity in the combined technologies created by the ROAMOBI partners. They will co-own the physical platform powering all VMSP global activity. They will also share in all the wholesale revenues from the Global Hub created and the switching of wholesale traffic.
Our chosen partner will be announced in the third quarter 2012. We are presently in consultation with a short list of hand-picked chosen candidates for this business opportunity.

Global Roaming is the remaining ‘Cash Cow’ of the incumbents. ROAMOBI will tap into the significant revenues of the Global Roaming Population estimated to be over 1 billion subscribers. Attracting just 1% of this population with an ARPU equal to present pilot projects would generate in excess of 250 million USD per month. So it is our opinion that this represents the single greatest business opportunity in Mobile today! In addition to this revenue is the potential equal revenue from Hubbing & Signaling. (Unlimited M2M & Mobile Banking Applications)

VMSPs and their associated Master Dealers are the main route to market and based on initial pilots of this business model, it is estimated that just one individual VMSP can generate 100,000 active subscribers within the first full year of business. Licensing alone can generate tens of millions of dollars and as an incentive all licensed partners share in the licensing revenue.

‘Si vis pacem para bellum’ (when you want peace, prepare for war) stated Julius Caesar. The business is being built has an eye on long term continuity and high dividends. Thus we will be all the more attractive to other incumbent players in the Global Market.

Potential buyers may be MNOs, telecom service providers or VCs investing in telecoms. Other potential candidates for a takeover are Skype, Google, Apple, Facebook and the likes as they are in need of the technology, contracts and mobile footprint this technology offers.

Amongst other breakthroughs the Roamobi Solution would take advantage of the following elements;

Ethically the group wish to make this solution available to the whole of mankind, in that the solution would work on existing first generation mobile networks as well as the latest 5G networks. It would not be dependent on access to the internet thus allowing every family on earth to share in its potential.

ROAMOBI will also build its subscribers and sell its handsets by the creation of a new type of global license which will empower any individual with a willingness to work hard, to build a global brand presence equal to that of any existing mobile operator.

ROAMOBI will be the only integrated global mobile solution which is set to revolutionize mobile communication providing;

  • Unified Services on One Global GSM Network.
  • Simplified Global Low-Cost Tariffs.
  • Multiple Over the Air Local Identities.
  • Total Call Control.

Micro Sponsorship would allow individuals & families in more developed parts of the world to sponsor individuals in developing countries to enter this new business model with micro licenses - where hard working individuals can earn their way to success.

ROAMOBIs unique position stems from the fact that it is not in any financial debt from any of the Technologies it is integrating. It does have however exclusive rights in place to key elements of its commercial offering. It is able to pull back from being tied up as a MNO, burdened with the debt of 3G licenses. It is not tied up as many Handset manufacturers are, due to the semi-monopoly of the MNO’s who buy their product. Neither is it hamstringed by limitations on use of its software applications like many solution vendors who are dependent on permission being granted by MNO’s to sell their applications. ROAMOBI will continue to work with independent Mobile Operators and is in a truly unique and independent position to roll out its own global virtual network built on it partner technologies.
